Application:
It is suitable for traditional Chinese medicine, plant, animal, food and chemical industries, such water decoction extraction, warm soaking extraction, heat reflux, forced circulation, percolation, aromatic oil distillation and organic solvent recovery. It is especially fit for the dynamic extraction or countercurrent extraction effect is better, short time, high herb liquid content.
Structure:
It is composed of an extractor, defoaming device, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, material pump, filter, valves and pipelines.
The main body of the extraction tank comprises of shell, jacket, insulation layer, supporting ears, and pneumatic slag discharging gate. The insulation layer of the extracting tank is made of aluminum silicate rock wool, while shell is made of SUS304/316L. The extraction tank is equipped with CIP cleaning ball, thermometer, explosion-proof sight lamp, quick opening feed gate, etc.
